This Thursday, if you are in Junior High or High School, come to Geoff’s Johns’ apartment (2465 Grenfell Rd.) for some delicious curry and naan bread! The meal will begin a 6:30 and will be followed by a study in the Gospel of John.
On July 3rd and 4th, CCK will be hosting a Children’s weekend at Camp Dunlop near Kelowna, B.C. The kids will be staying one night, and the daytime will be filled with fun activities and games. The camp is near Lake Okanagan, with opportunites to go swimming. If you are interested, please contact Matthew Knegt.
On July 9th-11th Ab Hardy and Geoff Johns will be hosting a youth/young adults camping trip at Arlington Lakes. There will be opportunities for fishing, canoeing, moutain biking, hiking, and wilderness survival skills. The cost will be 15-20 dollars, and stay tuned for more details!
If you would like to help support those in need, please bring cheques to church marked “for benevolence”, and they will be used to buy grocery store gift cards for those who need them. Thank you!
